Bridge for transport of wind turbines

Our client Implenia Norge AS needed a temporary bridge for the transport of wind turbines into a local area, project Fløytdammen. They need to transport, hoist and assemble towers, turbines and transformers.

Janson Bridging has provided a temporary bridge to get the transports across a dam in a rural area near Bruvoll, Norway.

The bridge elements left Hank, the Netherlands on monday June 22 and arrived on site on time at Wednesday morning June 24.

A 200 ton crane was needed to unload and install the elements due to the limited access and working space.
